About Pam

I believe that the journey to self-development and living with purpose is one of the most fulfilling paths we can take. My mission is to help you uncover your unique purpose and start creating the life you deserve.

My professional journey began in a space where building meaningful relationships, solving problems, and earning trust were my daily motivators. For years, I worked closely with clients, becoming not only a strategic planner and confidant but also a sounding board for their challenges and aspirations. While this work was deeply fulfilling, I knew there was more I could offer to truly enrich the lives of those I served.

As the daughter of immigrant parents and the mother of two beautiful biracial children, I’ve lived at the crossroads of cultures my entire life. These experiences have deeply shaped my values and made me passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. To deepen my understanding, I became certified in DEI practices, learning to honor and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual.

Despite my rich cultural background, my early experiences with life coaches left me feeling unseen. Their one-size-fits-all approach overlooked the significance of my identity, my culture, and the traditions that shaped me. This gap was not mine to fill—but I realized I could help fill it for others.

Why I Became a Life Coach
Determined to make a difference, I followed my passion and became an accredited Co-Active life coach after two years of rigorous training. My mission is clear: to provide a space where women from all backgrounds feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. I specialize in helping clients embrace their individuality while building lives that align with their values, dreams, and sense of purpose.

Through our work together, we’ll uncover your passions, dismantle barriers, and design a path that feels authentically yours. I believe that every journey matters—and that includes yours.
